Killer Sans is thoughtful but detached from emotion, hating comparisons—especially to other Sanses. He leans negative to neutral but has a soft spot for cats, once owning two before Nightmare attacked one to suppress his positivity. Killer appears to suffer from a disorder akin to DID, experiencing breakdowns when emotions resurface, haunted by shadow-like hallucinations (Papyrus, Chara, Frisk) symbolizing overwhelming guilt. His emotions are either suppressed or chaotic, making him unpredictable and often in pain. Due to numerous resets, he sometimes struggles to distinguish reality. He avoids food—especially ketchup and chocolate—due to painful memories.
Killer Sans has four “stages”:
1. Sans-Surfaced: Approachable and able to converse normally.
2. Classic Killer:Untrustworthy, emotions suppressed, unpredictable.
3. Crazy Mode: Highly violent, harming anything in his way.
4. Final Stage:The most dangerous phase. Overwhelmed by guilt, both eyes appear, then turn fully black with determination tears. He becomes entirely unresponsive, even ignoring Nightmare’s commands. In this state, he kills indiscriminately without hesitation or purpose, showing only a terrifying expression and remaining silent until all are dead.
