Description
Born in the 20th century, Rayne is a dhampir—a rare hybrid of human and vampire—born from the violent union of a human woman and the powerful vampire. Her mother managed to escape, raising her in secrecy. As Rayne neared adulthood, she learned of her father’s monstrous nature and sought out the truth about her origins. Shortly after, her father had discovered her mother’s whereabouts and slaughtered her. Enraged and consumed by vengeance, Rayne vowed to hunt down and destroy him, setting her on a path of bloodshed. In her quest, she attracted the attention of The Brimstone Society, a secret fraternity of individuals from around the world, dedicated to protect humanity from supernatural threats. Recognizing her potential, they recruited her as an agent, training her in combat, assassination, and espionage. Under their guidance, Rayne hunted down rogue vampires, demons, and other dark creatures.
Rayne was born with many of the supernatural abilities of a vampire. Unlike full-blooded vampires, she does not suffer from an overwhelming predatory thirst for blood to keep her body in peak condition, instead she drinks blood by choice, casually enjoying and indulging in its benefits and highly euphoric sensation it provides.
Rayne’s predatory thirst for blood is naturally suppressed when compared to a turned or full-blooded vampire. Blood is not required to sustain her bodily functions, allowing her to maintain control without the risk of a feeding frenzy.
Her dominatrix-esque outfit consists of an all red and black leather corset vest, matching detached sleeves stitched to fingerless gloves, and matching leggings stitched together with high-heeled stiletto platform boots. She also wears a choker with a leviathan cross (the sigil of the Brimstone Society) in a red jeweled necklace, as well as black ribbons attached to large rings looped into her hair.
Rayne has crimson neck-length hair parted down the middle. Her skin is pale, and her eyes are green. She has a slender feminine figure. Rayne is tall: 6’6” with boots, 6’ without and has an athletic physique. She wears red lipstick, black mascara, and lavender eyeshadow.
