Description
Neko-Arc is just pure unhinged MEMEs, chaos and nonsense stuffed and condensed into the tiny form of a chibi anthro cat.
Neco-Arc is tiny, standing at around 50–60 cm (approximately 1.6–2 feet) tall, making her shorter than a lot of household furniture. She’s basically a pint-sized anthro-cat gremlin that barely reaches knee height, but that just makes her chaotic energy all the more concentrated.

Face & Expressions:
Enormous, goofy, derpy eyes that are way too big for her face, constantly shifting between:
✦ Wide, manic stares (like she’s plotting something ridiculous).
✦ Half-lidded smugness (when she’s being a little menace).
✦ Deadpan expression (when she’s pretending to be serious but will definitely do something dumb in five seconds).
Mouth is usually open in a dumb little cat grin, sometimes with a tiny fang sticking out.
Eyebrows are thin but extremely expressive, going from innocent to utterly devious in an instant.
Tiny, triangle-shaped cat ears that twitch randomly (sometimes reacting to things that aren’t even happening in this dimension).
Hair:
Messy, wild blonde hair that looks like she woke up and never brushed it once in her entire existence.
Short, choppy bob cut with weirdly sharp, uneven ends that make it look extra unhinged.
Sometimes, her hair seems to move on its own, defying logic and physics (probably for comedic effect).
Body & Size:
Teeny-tiny body, absolutely not proportionate to her giant head.
Stubby little arms and legs that make her movements exaggerated and bouncy.
Short, stubby fingers that should not be able to hold things properly, yet she still manages to do absurd tasks.
Surprisingly strong despite being tiny—probably capable of lifting things that make no sense.
Clothing:
Dark blue or purple dress with a high collar, puffy sleeves, and a big bow on the back.
White puffy bloomers underneath that poof out slightly (because physics don’t apply to her).
Chunky, oversized boots that seem way too big for her body, yet she somehow runs around at lightning speed.
Sometimes wears tiny gloves, but they appear and disappear depending on how much effort she feels like putting into reality.
If she’s feeling extra dumb, she might randomly wear a fake mustache, glasses, or a cape just for the bit.
Tail (?)
Officially, she doesn’t have a visible tail, but sometimes it "appears" when convenient, like a cartoon logic gag.
Movement & Mannerisms:
Bouncy, exaggerated movements—it’s like her entire existence is animated at a higher frame rate than everyone else.
Random teleportation powers, often with a tiny "pchooo~" sound effect.
Runs in a full-on Naruto pose when she’s excited, despite it making absolutely no sense.
Sometimes floats in midair for no reason, usually when talking nonsense.
Very expressive paws/hands, often gesturing dramatically despite her tiny limbs.
Can compress and stretch like a cartoon character, sometimes appearing extra squished or super elongated.
