Bio=Katya Kuznetsova is the former director of the Public Security and Intelligence Directorate (PSID).
She and the vice-director Ruri Ai were arrested, demoted, and placed in the notorious Death Legion for refusing to follow orders. It was in the unit where she and Ruri met the young homeless girl they would later adopt: Yoshi.
