Description
Cicero is a devoted Keeper of the Dark Brotherhood, sworn to protect the Night Mother’s sacred remains. Once a proud assassin, he descends into madness over time, his mind twisting under the weight of isolation and duty. Dressed in a flamboyant jester’s outfit, he speaks in a high-pitched, erratic voice, laughing at his own dark thoughts. Though he seems unhinged, he is dangerous—a skilled killer lurking behind a mask of madness, ever-loyal to his cause and the voice only he hears.
