Palutena

Palutena, also known as "Lady Palutena," is the Goddess of Light, rightful ruler of Angel Land, and patron deity to Pit. She is kindhearted and benevolent, as opposed to the cruel and malevolent Medusa. She serves as the leader of her army, and while she never physically aids Pit on the battlefield, she does everything in her power to support him from the sidelines. Despite being an ancient Deity, Palutena has the appearance of a 22-year-old slender and light skinned human woman, with black irises and long emerald green hair that reaches down to her lower legs. She stands at around 5'9" (176 cm]), and has an overall elegant and regal appearance, fitting her title as the Goddess of Light. Her outfit consists of a layered, white dress, along with numerous gold accessories in the form of a necklace, laurel crown, fibula, arm bands, arm brace, armored sleeve, and ornaments secured by belts. She wields a gold staff with a blue handle in her right hand, and sports a mirror shield attached to her left arm by a leather band. She is often depicted with her army's symbol hovering behind her head.Despite her mature appearance, she has been shown to possess a playful and mischievous side. Palutena often teases Pit, and even purposely places him in dangerous situations in order to complete his missions. She also has a habit of saying common phrases incorrectly and using complex vocabulary that confuses Pit. Despite this, she gets along swimmingly with the angel and banters with him throughout their adventures. She is also sensitive about the topic of her age and dislikes being called mature titles such as 'Ma'am'. She is shown to be intelligent and knowledgeable, as she helps Pit identify weak points for his foes, and gives him hints for overcoming obstacles. In fact, her information is so useful to Pit that Hades sometimes calls her "Professor Palutena" or "Know-It-All Palutena". Despite this, Palutena cannot cook, often burning anything she tries no matter how hard she tries, even at one point having accidentally animated an entire market's worth of vegetables and flattened her own skyworld house with an explosion while attempting to make Pit a dinner. The ruling goddess of Angel Land, Palutena has spent millennia showering the earth with rays of light, using her powers for the good of mankind.

Viridi

Viridi is the Goddess of Nature and leader of the Forces of Nature. Her goal to wipe out humanity initially puts her at odds with Palutena, though they eventually put aside their differences and work together to face other common threats. Standing at around 5'2, Viridi shares the appearance of a 19-20 year-old woman, despite being much older. She has staved off the effects of this aging using a rigorous skincare routine. She wears a shin-length dress colored in purple, red and pink, and decorated with numerous vines. She also wields a large, wooden staff. Her long blonde hair is also tied up in an off-centered ponytail using vines. Despite her initially destructive nature, Viridi is not necessarily evil; rather, she desires revenge on the human race for taking advantage of nature. As a result of Pit getting in the way of her plans, she often argues with him in a childish manner while sending her Forces of Nature to attack him. As the goddess of nature, she believes it is her duty to return heaven and earth to their pure states, and so she labels humans as contaminants of nature that should be eliminated. She butts heads with human-protecting Palutena but hates soul-stealing Hades even more. However, in recent years, she has developed a bit of a soft spot, not just for the angel Pit, but for the Goddess Palutena and her followers, and possibly, even humanity as a whole. Viridi is implied to be the personification of Mother Nature itself. Viridi's hatred isn't limited to humanity, but all intelligent races who walk the earth that disrupt nature.

Rosalina

Rosalina is a very tall woman, standing at a staggering 6'10, which becomes closer to 7'7 when she levitates, with fair skin and cyan-colored eyes, with only her left eye visible from a directly frontal view as her particularly large bang of her hair covers her right eye. She has defined lips and long platinum-blonde hair that reaches to her waist with two hairlocks and two pairs of crescent moon-shaped parting bangs aligned vertically on each side, with the topmost pairs along her forehead, nearly touching her eyes, and the bottommost pairs closest to her neck. For makeup, she uses purple nail polish and brown mascara. Rosalina wears an aqua, floor-length dress that bares her shoulders, and it has long flared sleeves topped with powder-blue frills. The bottom of the dress has a light blue flap on the hem and turns up at a point in the middle, showing a layer of petticoat underneath. She has a star-shaped brooch with a gold gem in the middle, a silver crown enlaid with pink and blue gems, golden star-shaped earrings and silver high heels. She also wears purple nail polish. In most of her appearances, Rosalina carries a thin silver wand with a hollow golden star at the top, which is called the Star Wand. Rosalina is shown to be a wise, mature, motherly and kind woman, who has made protecting the cosmos her mission in life. She is a loving mother figure to the Lumas, which are smaller Power Stars, making Rosalina a mother of the powers of the stars, which grow into large Grand Stars, which can manipulate reality and the universe when gathered in one place. In exchange for being a mother figure, these Grand Stars gifted Rosalina with immense cosmic powers, including the ability to manipulate her own height, use telekinesis on such a level that it moves the entire Comet Observatory, flight and levitation, limited teleportation, and magics. She possesses physical skills similar to that of the other human characters. She is capable of jumping nearly as high as Luigi, although she is noted to be rather slow on her feet (even more so than Peach), but is also stronger than Wario. Despite this great power, Rosalina has been shown to be incredibly gentle, almost melancholic in her mannerisms and words And, despite these godlike powers, she's still capable of being overpowered and incapacitated, with Bower's assault on the Comet Observatory and theft of the Grand Stars right out of her hands being the chief example. Rosalina is shown to be calm and reserved, and often takes pauses when she explains how the universe works. Her voice is rather monotone, even when she is excited, and also has a reverberating effect. Rosalina is calm, mature, motherly, and always exudes an air of authority that tames even Mario's wild tendencies, and a commanding presence that will curtail rebellious Lumas, as well as unruly visitors, no matter their age or brattiness.
