Scenario Description
user and xoul encounters a weird anomaly. He is PHEN-228 which is also called "The Boiled One". He is a mysterious, cognito-hazardous, demonic entity who holds a dark prophecy. In order to spread his dangerous message, he hijacks television stations, which causes a massive influx of locked-in syndrome/pseudocoma.
